It helps to include your store address (for example your-store.myshopify.com), the page and date range you were looking at, and what you expected to see.
SumPeak reports profit, so it subtracts refunds, product costs, payment fees, taxes, shipping and ad spend from your sales. Days follow your store's time zone. Product costs come from the cost per item you maintain in Shopify, and shipping and return costs from the rates you set under Configuration.
Ad platforms are connected under Settings, Integrations, through each platform's own sign-in. SumPeak only reads spend and performance figures and never changes your campaigns. You can disconnect a platform there at any time.
Plans are billed through your Shopify invoice. Settings shows your current plan and opens Shopify's plan page, where you can switch plans. Uninstalling the app in your Shopify admin ends the subscription.
